A company is looking for a Mid-Level Business Systems Analyst
(BSA) with Ophthalmology & Retinal Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough data research, run queries, and derive actionable
insights
Utilize knowledge of retinal data and ophthalmology offices to
assess business needs
Independently manage conversations with sales teams and external
customers as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of BA/BSA experience
Experience in retinal ophthalmology, healthcare, or pharmaceutical
data analysis
Strong knowledge of how ophthalmology offices operate
Proven ability to run queries and analyze medical data
Self-motivated and proactive; comfortable working in a new role
with evolving processes
