Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Solutions Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a plan design, product, and service offering expert for
the Commercial team
Provide on-demand deal support for SMB and MM Account Executives
and partner with the implementation team for customer
implementations
Collaborate with sales channels and support Senior Solutions
Consultants and Solutions Architects as needed
Required Qualifications
3+ years of customer-facing experience
Experience in the employer health and benefits or health tech
space
Experience in a high-growth, fast-changing environment
Ability to travel
Strong interpersonal skills to work independently and within a team
environment
