You'll run a full 360 desk, developing lasting client partnerships and placing specialist talent into high-impact roles across biotech, pharma, and medical devices.You'll have the tools, mentorship, and autonomy to shape your desk your way - and the support to scale it fast.What you'll be doing:

• Build your own specialist market within Life Sciences, covering areas like R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical.
• Win new business and grow existing accounts through outstanding delivery and trusted partnerships.
• Source and manage top-tier candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and industry-specific platforms.
• Run the full recruitment process - from first brief to offer management and beyond.
• Work closely with the San Diego leadership team to drive the office's growth strategy.What We're Looking For
  • Proven 360 recruitment experience and a consistent record of strong billings.
  • A confident, credible business developer with a knack for spotting and securing opportunities.
  • A genuine interest in the life sciences space - experience in biotech, pharma, or medical devices is a plus.
  • Someone ambitious, proactive, and resilient - ready to build something big in a high-growth business.What You'll Get
