Job Description:
A company is looking for an AVP, Personal Risk Service Center
Leader- West (Hybrid or PST Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and develop a team of Account Coordinators and insurance
service professionals
Ensure timely processing of endorsement services and maintain
exceptional quality of service
Provide customer service support and follow up on endorsement
requests from Account Managers and local office leaders
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
BA/BS Degree preferred
Knowledge of the personal insurance marketplace and regional
regulations
Experience with high net worth market or products preferred
Supervisory or management experience in a call center or operations
environment
Possession of a P&C license or ability to obtain within 6
months of hire
