Job Description:
A company is looking for a Student Success Assistant
(Work-Study/Student Group C) to support student affairs initiatives
remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one mentorship and academic tutoring to first-time
college students
Assist with Honor Society drives and engage in student
communications and programming
Participate in training and professional development while
maintaining records of student interactions
Required Qualifications
Must be eligible for Federal Work Study funding
Must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program
Must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress and have no holds on the
student account
Must have completed specific first-year courses with a minimum
grade of B
Must be available to work 19 hours per week, including evenings
