Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Enterprise Operational
Risk Program Leader.
Key Responsibilities
Develop frameworks and processes for operational risk functions,
including reporting and governance
Formulate and communicate a strategic vision for Operational Risk
Management (ORM) to manage and mitigate risks
Proactively interact with senior leadership regarding risks,
industry trends, and ensure effective audit preparation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years in operational risk or related experience;
advanced degrees or industry designations preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of key regulations and laws
Strong leadership and relationship management skills
Ability to manage regulatory relations and exams effectively
