The successful candidate will operate state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to strict regulatory standards, and a commitment to B. Braun’s mission of enhancing healthcare through sustainable solutions. Operate production machinery and equipment in accordance with company protocols Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity Prepare and maintain records and reports of production and other data essential to the plant operations Assist in troubleshooting issues with production equipment and machinery to prevent delays Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines Attend and participate in meetings and training sessions as required Adhere to all environmental policies and procedures, enhancing the company’s commitment to sustainability Proficiency with production machinery and diagnostic equipment Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Effective communication skills for reporting and documentation Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Medical Insurance 401k Optional: Certified Production Technician (CPT) as per the Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) - beneficial but not required
