Monitor the production process and carry out periodic checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules. Maintain records of operations, production, and quality control. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to uphold the highest quality of healthcare products. Implement continuous improvement practices to enhance production efficiency and sustainability. Strong mechanical and technical skills, including familiarity with automated manufacturing equipment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as blueprints and maintenance manuals. Proficiency in computer applications relevant to manufacturing. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Medical Insurance 401k Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma preferred. Relevant technical certifications in mechanical or electrical operations.
