Responsibilities Assemble and fabricate components according to specifications and blueprints. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently. Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Report any issues or discrepancies in materials or processes to the supervisor. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in fabrication is a plus. Previous experience in assembly or fabrication preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift materials as needed. You should be proficient in: Woodworking Industrial Construction Machine Building/Assembling Tape Measure Reading Maintenance and Repair Skills Industrial Electrical Experience Framing Mechanical Assembly Skills Excellent Communication Skills Blueprint Reading
