The position is open to Century City, Chicago, New York, Orange County and San Diego Job Requirements Minimum of 3yrs experience in complex real transactions involving joint ventures, development projects, acquisitions, dispositions, real estate M&A and financings Strong academic credentials Excellent analytical, drafting skills and organizational skills Associates in this role will understand and appreciate the business of real estate investing Capable of taking on significant responsibility Compensation and Benefits Cravath Scale pay with comprehensive benefits Responsibilities Represent a diverse group of clients across the U.S. and internationally including in the hospitality and healthcare sectors Draft and analyze legal documents Collaborate with attorneys both locally and across the firm regardless of assigned office Communicate with clients in private equity, investment funds, public and private real estate operating companies, development partners, S&P 500 REITs, financial institutions
