day. Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Software Test
Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will develop and
execute comprehensive software tests to identify defects, analyze
root causes, and ensure the overall quality of our applications.
You will be responsible for creating and maintaining both manual
and automated test cases, performing various types of
testing—including functional, integration, regression, and
performance—and generating detailed test reports. The ideal
candidate will collaborate closely with business analysts, software
engineers, and developers to translate requirements into effective
test plans and scenarios. You will also participate in User
Acceptance Testing (UAT) and API testing using tools such as
Postman and SoapUI. Responsibilities • Develop, execute, and
maintain manual and automated test cases and scripts. • Perform
functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. •
Identify software issues, document defects, and analyse root
causes. • Review and analyse test results and provide detailed
reports. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and API
testing. • Utilise testing tools such as Postman and SoapUI. • Work
closely with cross-functional teams to write test plans, develop
test cases, and align on requirements. • Contribute to improvements
in test processes and quality standards. Education & Experience
Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering,
Electronics & Communications, or a related field (or foreign
equivalent). • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or
in a testing analyst–related position. • Experience with the full
software testing life-cycle, including: o Requirement analysis o
Test planning o Test case development o Test execution o Test cycle
closure • Experience with manual and automated testing
methodologies. Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require
disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For
this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below
the range based on various factors including but not limited to
location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay,
this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus
or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits

and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is
$69,300 - $90,000
