Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face customers rely on for
expert advice, outstanding service, and personalized solutions.
Whether to assist with service upgrades, solve service issues, or
explain new offerings—you’ll be at the center of it all! What Your
Role Will Be as a Client Support Specialist: Proactively approach
customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, offering
immediate assistance. Actively listen to their needs regarding
product information, device upgrades, billing questions, or
technical troubleshooting, and provide clear, concise solutions.
Engage customers in a consultative sales approach to understand
their lifestyle and communication habits. Based on this
understanding, recommend the products and services that best align
with their individual requirements and budget. Clearly explain the
benefits and functionalities of various plans and device features.
Provide guidance on proper device care, maintenance, and basic
troubleshooting tips to enhance the customer's overall experience
and satisfaction. Work seamlessly with other Client Support
Specialists, sharing knowledge and strategies, to collectively
achieve daily sales objectives and ensure a high level of customer
satisfaction across the team. Ensure the retail store is
consistently neat, tidy, and visually appealing, with products
well-displayed and organized. Uphold KSE’s brand image through a
professional and customer-centric environment.
