A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor who is
motivated and solution-oriented.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor, coach, and develop a team of 8-10 Customer Service
Representatives
Handle escalated calls and work towards resolution
Complete regular audits to ensure excellent service and performance
goals are met
Required Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience in a call center or insurance industry
preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Outstanding customer service experience
Solid computer skills
Experience in leadership roles
