Job Description:

Sports Physical Therapy (SPT) is seeking a skilled Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated team. This role requires a professional with a firm background in occupational therapy, preferably with experience in sports injury rehabilitation. The successful candidate will work closely with patients who require rehabilitation from sports-related injuries, helping them regain functionality and return to peak performance. You will develop patient-centered treatment plans and provide therapy using the latest techniques and equipment specific to sports medicine. Assess patients’ physical abilities and mental function to identify areas needing therapy Develop personalized rehabilitation programs to help patients achieve their maximum levels of functional performance Apply therapeutic interventions like physical agents, mechanical modalities, and advanced manual therapy techniques Educate patients and their families about injury prevention and treatment compliance Collaborate with other healthcare providers to optimize patient care and rehabilitation strategies Expertise in sports injury rehabilitation Strong patient assessment skills Ability to create and follow through with individualized treatment plans Proficiency in the use of rehabilitation equipment and technology Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 401k Must be a licensed Occupational Therapist Additional certification in Sports Physical Therapy (SPTS or similar) is a plus
