Occupational Therapist (OT) – San Marcos Unified School District
Location: San Marcos, CA Schedule: Full-time, 7.5 hours/day
(Monday–Friday) Pay: $45–$60/hour (based on experience) Start Date:
January 12th RCM Healthcare Services is seeking a licensed
Occupational Therapist (OT) to join San Marcos Unified School
District . This is a school-based position supporting students
across K–8 and elementary sites. You’ll be part of a collaborative
and welcoming district team dedicated to helping students reach
their goals. Position Details: Full-time, on-site role (no virtual)
7.5 hours per day, Monday–Friday Assignment runs through the end of
the school year, with possible extension Collaborate closely with
teachers, support staff, and families Phone interview required
prior to offer Requirements: Active California OT license or
credential School-based experience preferred but not required
