the Position Adelphi is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide
nursing services for a facility in Orange County, California.The
ideal RN will be required to assess patient health problems and
needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain

Requirements: California License BLS Responsibilities: Participate
in the screening, evaluation, assessment and health care of
inmates. Provide treatment and administer medications following
physician and mid-level orders. Initiate appropriate actions in
emergency situations. Perform specific nursing tasks, such as
intravenous insertion and care, venipuncture, and vital signs.
Responsible for complete and accurate documentation of care
provided in the inmate's health record. Maintain health services
records logs and assist with data entry within the scope of nursing
related items. Coordinate with medical and ancillary personnel as
required to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accountability of
all controlled substances and prescription medications according to
federal and state laws and organizational regulations. Follow
established patient care protocols, and observe federal, state, and
county policies, regulations, and guidelines. Perform other duties
as assigned.
