Psychiatrist - OPEN TO NEW GRADS! Benefits: Location : Orange County, CA Schedule: Monday - Friday, Hybrid options Compensation range: $300K $400K PLUS ( Compensation structure: Base compensation plus productivity incentives and supervisory compensation ) Health insurance benefits: Begin effective the 1st of the month following the start date Health insurance options: 100% company-paid medical, dental and critical illness plans are available for the employee-only tier (dependents are available at an added cost) Voluntary vision plan available HSA, FSA, disability, life insurance, and AD&D options Sick Leave: 5 paid days annually Holidays: 7 paid holidays plus 2 floating holidays PTO: 15 days annually (accrued) 401(k) eligibility after one year with up to 4% company match Opportunities for professional growth and career development Psychiatrist Requirements : Completion of an accredited Psychiatry residency Active California medical license, NPI, and DEA Board Certified or Board Eligible Bilingual Spanish (preferred) Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively Preferred experience or interest in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, Addiction Psychiatry/Addiction Medicine, Clinical Research, or Interventional Psychiatry Key Responsibilities Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management (in-person and telehealth) Develop and coordinate individualized treatment plans with an interdisciplinary care team Supervise and collaborate with NPs, PAs, and therapists Participate in interventional psychiatry and clinical research opportunities Provide crisis support as needed and engage community resources Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance For immediate consideration please call/Text:
