organized, and is open to new experiences and learning new skills.
They also have to be great with children and understand the unique

While our practice helps a wide variety of clients and diagnoses,

work with a lot of court-involved or court-ordered cases, we
provide full in-house training on working with these cases and full
support through every step of what may be an unfamiliar process! We
are looking for someone passionate about working within a
child-centered lens to prioritize children who may be hurting. The
ideal candidate can work with a variety of clients, including young
children, adolescents, adults, and families.
We are looking for someone willing to start part-time (15-20 hours
per week, at 10-15 clients) and willing to grow into full-time (35
to 40 hours per week, at 25 -30 clients). Our position hours
generally run with client hours from 2pm to 7pm or 8pm, 5 days a
week with an option of one weekend day.
We offer both salary and fee-for-service pay models to meet
employees' needs. For licensed candidates, compensation ranges from
$50 - $70 per hour (Depending on experience).
We are open to associate license-holding candidates who are
attachment-based. For associates, compensation ranges from $30 -
$45 per hour (Depending on experience).
