We are seeking a motivated HVAC Estimator/Quote Specialist to support our expanding operations. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in related fields such as plumbing, electrical, residential HVAC, or facility engineering. Compensation: $25 - $45 hourly Responsibilities: Prepare estimates and quotes for commercial HVAC projects Collaborate with technicians through our mobile CRM app Utilize our state-of-the-art Microsoft CRM system for project management Communicate effectively with management, technicians, and customers Qualifications: 1-20 years of experience in HVAC or related industries Strong computer and typing skills Ability to work as part of a team About Company We are a leading commercial HVAC company based in the heart of San Diego (Kearny Mesa).
