Established hotel developer seeks motivated and experienced Project Engineers/ Estimators to join our growing construction team. Responsibilities include: Review contract documents and specifications to identify project needs Analyze project requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates and RFP's Collaborate with team to understand project scope and timelines Communicate effectively with team to ensure project goals are met Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial building construction estimating and project engineering Experience in commercial 1, 2 and 5 building types Proficient in concrete, structural steel, and wood structure assemblies Familiar with Bluebeam, Primavera or equivalent software Candidates must have a thorough understanding of construction document review, and multi-discipline design comprehension Possess solid organization, time management and communication skills Job Type: Full-time Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 5 - 10 years Bonus/Commission: No
