Job Description:

A company is looking for a California General Building Contractor Exam Prep Instructor.
Key Responsibilities

Teach and engage students in online exam preparation classes for the California State Contractors Licensing exams
Update course content and develop practice questions that reflect the actual exam format
Provide expert guidance on exam topics including project management, building standards, and California construction law

Qualifications

Current license as a Class B General Building Contractor in the State of California
Prior experience teaching pre-license courses in construction-related trades or professional education preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of the Law and Business and Trade components of the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) examination
Ability to instruct in both California General Building Contractor Trade Exam Prep and Business Law
Experience with developing instructional materials and conducting student orientations
