We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing HVAC & Plumbing team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers and plays a key role in daily operations. Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and schedule service appointments Must be comfortable calling our customers to advertise services Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries Dispatch technicians and coordinate daily schedules Enter and update customer information accurately Process service requests, invoices, and follow-ups Communicate effectively with technicians and management Qualifications: Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills HVAC or plumbing office experience preferred (but not required) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus What We Offer: Hourly Pay $21-$25 Steady, full-time position Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the company
