Based in Oceanside, CA, we're hiring a full-time HVAC Installation Technician Lead to take charge of installation projects. BECOMING ONE OF OUR HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN LEAD This HVAC Installation Technician Lead role offers a varied install rate of $38 and up depending on experience for lead installers Install Commission, along with great benefits like: Health benefits Paid time off (PTO) A 401(k) The chance to work with a dynamic, supportive team that's committed to excellence This position also earns: Uniforms Company vehicle Gas card iPad and phone DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB You'll work full-time with a planned-out schedule that keeps your day focused and efficient. Each day, you'll have your projects lined up and ready to go. You'll start your day with a clear plan of installations to lead and complete. You'll handle a variety of projects, including installing water heaters, drains, and roughing in systems for residential and light commercial properties. You'll work closely with our Install Managers and Warehouse Managers to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a lead, you'll guide team members on-site, keep communication strong with managers, and make sure daily goals are met.
