As a Senior Client Service Associate, you will serve as a crucial link between our clients and our suite of comprehensive financial planning and investment management services. Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and needs. Coordinate with financial planners and analysts to create customized financial plans and investment strategies for clients. Manage client inquiries, respond to their needs, and resolve issues with professionalism. Prepare regular reviews and reports on client portfolios and financial plans. Implement and oversee the account management process, including compliance with regulatory requirements. Educate clients on investment models, market conditions, and financial planning principles. Facilitate client meetings, both virtual and in-person, ensuring effective communication and service delivery. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Knowledge of financial markets and products Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Medical Insurance 401k Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - preferred but not required FINRA Series 7 & 63 licenses
