Job Description:

Immediate need for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The successful candidate should be able to work in a high volume, fast paced environment and be very detailed oriented, and a team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Process and Maintain Daily and Monthly Billing for Desk Top and Outsourcing Clients in MAS200

* Monitors, Maintains and Accountability of Customers' Account both Outsourcing and Desktop Department, re delayed payments/status, Change of Information Updates, and any irregularities. Maintain account through different tasks such as:

Investigate and resolve customer queries,

Process adjustments

Communicate and provide direction based on Accounting Procedures on adjustments and account statuses

Collection Processes based on the Aging Report, performed through oral and written communication for both Desktop and Outsourcing clients

Process Credit Card Payments through Quick Commerce Website

Process Cash Receipts, Credit Card Receipts in MAS200 and perform Bank Deposits via Desk Top Deposit System,

Perform Month-End Processes to meet specific deadlines, such as Reconciliation of Outsourcing Billing, Postage Payments, Cash Receipts, Desktop Invoices, and any Invoice Adjustments.

Monthly Reconciliation to the General Ledger

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

* Must have an understanding of Accounting processes

* Possess a "Compliance" mindset

* Must possess analytical skills

* Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently

* Must be detail oriented

* Intermediate to Advanced skills in Excel, MAS and Microsoft Office Software Products
